Observatory

Through our network, we conduct periodic surveys that help us understand the challenges faced by educators across Europe and explore ways of tackling them. We share our expertise and commitment to innovation, and in return gain insights from educators’ experience, dedication, and professional knowledge. 

We aim to develop an understanding of current challenges, needs, and best practices in the European educational community, helping us in turn to design courses that offer useful and effective tools.  

The Wellbeing & Professional Satisfaction Survey is a periodic study aimed at building up a European-wide picture of the professional conditions and general wellbeing of teachers across Europe. It allows us to shape a comparative perspective that informs our advocacy efforts for greater public recognition of the teaching profession. 

We also conduct short-term surveys on specific issues linked to Europass festivals. 

The findings are presented at the corresponding festival.
