EU Projects

For over 15 years, we have been working on projects funded by the European Union to ensure that project outcomes have a real, measurable, and lasting impact on educational communities across Europe.

Drawing on the experience of over 30 Europass Teacher Academies and a direct connection to over 5,000 schools across Europe, Europass Foundation actively contributes to piloting, training delivery, research support, and dissemination in EU-funded programmes such as Erasmus+, ESC, Horizon, and CERV.

Sustainable Project Outputs

In the context of EU-funded projects, impact extends beyond visibility. It encompasses uptake, practical use, and long-term systemic change. Europass Foundation supports project partners in developing a large variety of educational materials, such as:

  • In‑person professional development courses for teachers and educators;
  • educational experiences for students abroad;
  • Self‑paced online courses (MOOCs) for educators or learners;
  • Downloadable handbooks, guidelines, and toolkits;
  • Online platforms or databases with ready‑to‑use lessons and resources;
  • In‑person and online conferences, seminars, workshops and multiplier events;
  • Educational podcasts and videos.

All project results can be produced in English and in other EU languages, thereby increasing transferability and European added value. Complementary services — including feedback surveys, open badges, and micro-credentials — are also available to validate participation and engagement.

Communication and Dissemination

There is no impact without a clear communication and dissemination strategy.

Building on our experience across different actions and sectors, we assist projects in achieving visibility, outreach, and accountability through:

  • A coherent project identity, including logo design, visual guidelines, and clear messaging;
  • A structured, user-friendly project website;
  • Social media campaigns aligned with project objectives;
  • Newsletters and targeted communication materials;
  • Presentations at international events, such as Europass festivals;
  • Strategic use of official EU platforms.

All communication and dissemination activities are fully compliant with European Commission requirements on transparency, visibility, and public accountability.

EvidenceBased Impact and Evaluation

In addition to standard metrics such as website visits, downloads, social media views, and subscriptions, the Europass Foundation monitors and evaluates projects by conducting needs analyses and collecting data on the skills, perspectives, and practices of European educators.

This enables the Foundation to produce comprehensive final reports that highlight the actual impact of the projects in which it is involved.

A European Dissemination Network with Proven Reach

By partnering with Europass Foundation, projects gain access to a well-established dissemination ecosystem with extensive reach:

  • Over 10 million website views per year across Europass platforms;
  • More than 140,000 teachers and learners signed up for our newsletters;
  • Over 130,000 engaged social media followers;
  • 28,000 educators attend Europass professional development courses every year;
  • 5,000 schools are collaborating with us for their staff development.

This network ensures that project results are actively used, shared, and scaled across Europe.

Why Partner with Europass Foundation

By bringing the Europass Foundation on board as a partner, you enhance the quality, credibility, and sustainability of your project, ensuring higher scores in these areas, which are crucial in any evaluation.

Whether your project focuses on civic engagement, social inclusion, digital literacy, or multilingualism, we can help you reach the right audience. Together, we will find effective ways to engage teachers, students at various educational levels, and adult learners, maximizing the impact of your initiative.

Support Throughout the Entire Project Lifecycle

Europass Foundation provides dedicated support at every stage of the project cycle:

  • Before applying: needs analysis and stakeholder mapping, identification of key performance indicators, and support in drafting and revising the project proposal.
  • During the project: monitoring and communication strategy for interim results.
  • After the project: sustainability and promotion of results through their integration into the curricula and educational practices of other organizations.
