Every child and every adult deserves access to quality education and lifelong learning, to fully realize their potential and actively contribute to building a democratic, just and inclusive society.

Mission

We foster innovation in education and training for educators and learners alike. We support teachers by offering practically oriented training programs designed to update not only their knowledge, but also their pedagogical and communicative skills. 

We develop informal educational programmes for young adults, emphasizing collaboration and intercultural understanding. We create opportunities for reflection, discussion, and exchange, open to all educational communities.

Values

We aim to create a society that places the individual and their full development at the center, and is grounded in the values of democracy, equality and inclusion that underpin European civic life.  

We work towards an education system that understands and harnesses technological progress to serve every person. Starting from schools where all disciplines contribute to a holistic education — integrating scientific, humanistic and creative competences — and where it is possible to nurture individual talent, foster critical thinking, active citizenship and social and environmental sustainability. 

We respect and value the cultural identity of each individual, with a view to exchange and mutual enrichment.

We recognize and value the role of the educator as the enabler of learning rooted in human relationships — a process that allows learners to not only acquire knowledge and competence, but also develop critical thinking and life skills.
